United States of America: Court decision that may facilitate the extension of preferences to imports from multiple countries

The Court of International Trade has established a principle whereby duty-free treatment under the Generalized System of Preferences may be extended to sets of goods even when those sets include some items from countries that are not designated for that preferential trade program.
