In August 2017, the Indian Directorate General of Antidumping & Allied Duties, Ministry of Commerce and Industry initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of nylon filament yarn (multi filament) from the European Union and Viet Nam. In October 2018, definitive duty was imposed.
