India: Import quota imposed on certain beans

The Indian Directorate General of Foreign Trade restricted the import of two varieties of beans of the Vigna mungo (Urad dal) and Vigna radiata (Moong dal) family by imposing a yearly import quota. No restriction on imports of these lentils existed earlier.
