EU: Extension of definitive antidumping duties on imports of new and retreaded tyres for buses or lorries from China

In August 2017, the European Commission initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of new and retreaded tyres for buses or lorries from China. Provisional duties were imposed in May 2018. In October 2018, a definitive duty was imposed and import monitoring on a similar good was imposed. In October 2023, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in January 2025.
