Mexico: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from the Republic of Korea, the United States and Japan (no definitive duty imposed on imports from Poland)

In August 2017, the Mexican Ministry of Economy initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from Poland, the Republic of Korea, the United States and Japan. In January 2019, a definitive duty was imposed on imports from the Republic of Korea, the United States and Japan. No definitive duty was imposed on imports from Poland. In January 2024, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in May 2025 (applicable extension date is in January 2024).
