Operating under a provision of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Tax Act of 2009 that directed it make payments for specified energy properties, the U.S. Treasury awarded $10,203,720 in subsidies to SunLight General Somerset Solar, LLC for a solar electricity project in the state of New Jersey.
