On 10 February 2017, the European Commission decided not to raise objections against a scheme notified by the French government in April 2015 which aims to support public tenders for the development of photovoltaic installations. The scheme is in force since 22 March 2012. The maximum annual budget of the scheme is 214 million EUR for the years 2013-2016.
