3rd November 2016 - The PRC Ministry of Industry and Information Technology ('MIIT') releases a 5-Year Plan to announce its methods of supporting the State Council's 13th 5-Year Plan.
The policy focuses on the 'integration of information technology and industry', targeting several technology sectors with tax breaks, R&D expense deductions, and other preferential financial treatment, as well as the establishment of various 'investment funds'.
The policy will be in effect from its release date until the same in 2020.
