Peru: Termination of definitive countervailing duty on imports of denatured or undenatured anhydrous ethyl alcohol from the United States

In May 2017, the Peruvian authorities initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of denatured ethyl alcohol or undenatured anhydrous ethyl alcohol with a maximum of 0.5% moisture content from the United States. In November 2018, a definitive duty was imposed. In February 2021, the definitive duty was terminated.
