China: Providers of 'critical information infrastructure' targeted by Antiterrorism Act

27th December 2015 - A draft 'Antiterrorism Act' from the Chinese National People's Congress enacted into law the obligation for providers of 'critical information infrastructure' to ensure all their servers are located in China, as well as directly providing the government with any encryption keys required to read the data.
