On 20 January 2015, the Saxony State Ministry for Economic Affairs and Labour introduced a scheme for the support of research and development and technology transfer projects, that are co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The scheme has an annual budget of 75 million EUR and will be in force from 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2023.
