Saudi Arabia: The Saudi Central Market Authority for the first time approves for Authorised Persons to enter into Swap Agreements with non-resident foreigners

The Central Market Authority of Saudi Arabia on 18 October 2011, announced to the World Trade Organization that as of 16 March 2011 for the very first time Authorized Persons will be allowed to enter into swap agreements with foreigners that are not residing within the Saudi jurisdiction.
