17th February 2017 - China's Henan Provincial Goverment announces its interpretation of the State Council's Announcement No.57/2016 in its own release (No.31/2017). The provincial announcement states that in Henan, production efficiency of a range of key petrochemical products will be improved, with some specific provincial firms mentioned who have benefitted from the scheme.
