In April 2017, the Commissioner of the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of certain wire rope from South Africa. In December 2017 a definitive duty was imposed. In January 2022 a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in November 2022.
