On 18 February 2017, the Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade of Ukraine (according to Decision No. AD-366/2017/4411-05) initiated an anti-dumping investigation with respect to imports of certain types of wire rods originating from the Russian Federation. A definitive antidumping duty decision was announced in December 2017. In February 2023, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended until the conclusion of the sunset review.
