In December 2016, the Republic of Korea initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of Ferro-silico-manganese from India, Viet Nam and Ukraine. In May 2017, a provisional antidumping duty was imposed and a definitive duty was imposed in November 2017. In July 2022, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended on imports originating from India and Vietnam for a new period in July 2023. In July 2023, the definitive duty on imports originating from Ukraine was terminated.
