Eurasian Economic Union: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of herbicides from the European Union and the United Kingdom

In January 2017, the Council of the Eurasian Economic Union initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of herbicides from the European Union and the United Kingdom. Definitive duties were imposed in June 2018. In March 2022, the definitive duty was temporarily suspended. In March 2022, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in March 2023.
