China: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of vinylidene chloride-vinyl chloride copolymer resin from Japan

In April 2016, the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of vinylidene chloride-vinyl chloride copolymer resin from Japan. Provisional antidumping duties were imposed in January 2017. In April 2017, a definitive duty was imposed. In April 2022, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in April 2023.
