Brazil: Increased financing for the BNDES worth 6$ billion and a new line of products

On September 30, 2010, the Brazilian Central Bank passed resolution No. 3910 allowing for an increase in the Brazilian National Development Bank's budget of 6 billion USD. This resolution also allowed for a new line of credit to be opened for the pre-shipment phase of goods destined to be exported.
