In December 2016, the Turkish authorities initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of hot-rolled non-flat steel (thick plate) products from China. A definitive duty was imposed in November 2017. In October 2022, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in October 2023.
