In December 2016, the Mexican Ministry of Economy initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of certain seamless carbon steel pipes from the Republic of Korea, Spain, India and Ukraine. A provisional duty was imposed in August 2017 and a definitive duty was imposed in April 2018. In April 2023, a sunset review was initiated.
