The Indian Ministry of Commerce & Industry has through Notification No. 3/2015-2020 exempted the exports of organic wheat, non-Basmati rice, edible oils and sugar from any quantitative ceilings. Further, the ceiling for exports of organic pulses and lentils as been incerased from 10,000 metric tons to 50,000 metric tons per annum.
