Brazil: New subsidised lines of credit for telecommunications under INOVA worth USD 750 million

On December 18, 2013, the Brazilian National Development Bank (BNDES) and the Funding Authority for Studies and Projects (FINEP) announced a new set of subsidies and lines of financing worth USD 750 million to be given to companies in the optical and wireless communications systems, data transfer and storage, strategic communications and telehealth sectors.
