Kenya: The government abolishes the 75% threshold of foreign ownership in listed companies

On 11 June 2015, the government of Kenya issued Legal Notice No. 113. This Legal Notice lifts the existing 75% ceiling of foreign ownership in listed firms within the Kenyan jurisdiction.
