Japan: Extension of antidumping duty on imports of polyethylene terephthalate with a high degree of polymerization from China

In September 2016, the Japanese authorities initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of polyethylene terephthalate with a high degree of polymerization from China. A definitive duty was imposed in December 2017. In February 2022, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in January 2023.
