On 8 July 2011, the Chinese Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) announced the 2011 second batch of export quota on non-ferrous metals. In accordance with the statement on MOFCOM website, the MOFCOM released 11 kinds of non-ferrous metal export quotas.
