Mexico: Extension and subsequent suspension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of chicken legs and thighs from the United States of America

In April 2011, the government of Mexico initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and definitive duties were imposed in August 2012. In August 2017, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in August 2018. In August 2022, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in December 2023. In December 2023, the definitive duty was suspended. In June 2025, the suspension was prolonged.
