Mexico: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of certain seamless steel tubing from China

In September 2009, the Mexican authorities initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of seamless carbon and alloy steel standard line and pressure pipe from China. In May 2010, a provisional duty was imposed. In February 2011, a definitive duty was imposed. In May 2012, a review of the definitive duty was initiated, and the duty was modified in June 2013. In February 2016, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in November 2016. In February 2021, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended in July 2022. In February 2026, a sunset review was initiated.
