Canada: Extension of definitive antidumping and countervailing duties on imports of certain steel grating from China

In September 2010, the government of Canada initiated a new anti-subsidy and anti-dumping investigation. In December 2010, a provisional duty was imposed and a definitive duty was imposed in April 2011. In April 2016, the definitive duty was extended for a new period following the conclusion of a sunset review initiated in August 2015. In March 2021, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in February 2022.
