Chinese Taipei: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of benzoyl peroxide from China

In December 2009, the government of Chinese Taipei initiated a new anti-dumping investigation on imports of benzoyl peroxide on imports from China. In October 2010, a definitive duty was imposed. In May 2015 a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in March 2016. In March 2021, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in March 2022.
