Republic of Korea: Termination of definitive antidumping duty on imports of stainless steel plate originating from Japan

In May 2010, the government of the Republic of Korea initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and imposed a definitive duty in April 2011. In December 2016, the definitive duty was extended following the conclusion of a sunset review. In July 2019, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in July 2020 and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in March 2023. In February 2024, the definitive duty was terminated.
