In January 2025, the government of the Russian Federation allocated RUB 42.1 billion (USD 424.73 million) in state aid to support preferential lending to local agricultural producers in 2025. It constitutes a RUB 6.74 billion (USD 68 million) increase compared to the combined allocations to this state aid scheme made in 2024 from the regular state budget as reported by the GTA, which amounted to RUB 35.36 billion (USD 356.79 million) in total.
