Russia: Export tariff quotas on canned fish and canned seafood

In February 2024, the government of Russia announced export tariff quotas on canned fish and canned seafood. The measure allows the duty-free exportation of canned fish and canned seafood within a quota, instead of paying a normally applicable 4.5% export tax.
