In November 2024, the Chinese Ministry of Finance announced allocating USD 400 million in state aid to support Ezhou Linkong Group Co Ltd's Hubei International Air Cargo Project. The funding is being provided by the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and was approved in November 2024.
