EU: Extension of definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of citric acid from China and from Malaysia following an anti-circumvention investigation

In December 2008, the European Commission imposed a definitive duty. The definitive duty was extended in January 2015 following the conclusion of a sunset review. In January 2016, the definitive duty was extended to import from Malaysia following the conclusion of an anti-circumvention investigation. In January 2020, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in April 2021.
