Switzerland: Adoption of further sanctions against Russia, including extended export bans

In August 2023, the Swiss Government adopted additional sanctions in the context of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The package includes an extended export ban and adds several entities to the list of entities to which Swiss operators are prohibited from exporting dual-use technologies.
