Brazil: Extension and subsequent suspension of antidumping duty on imports of phenol from the European Union and the United States of America

In September 2013, the government of Brazil initiated a sunset review of the antidumping duty imposed. In September 2014, the definitive duty was extended. In September 2019, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended and subsequently suspended in September 2020. In September 2022, the definitive duty was terminated.
