Canada: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of copper pipe fittings from China, the Republic of Korea, and the United States and definitive countervailing duty on imports from China

In June 2011, the Canadian authorities initiated a sunset review of the definitive antidumping duty on imports of copper pipe fittings from China, the Republic of Korea, and the United States, and the definitive anti-subsidy duty on imports from China. In February 2012, the definitive duty was extended for a new period. In March 2016, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in November 2016. In November 2021, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in September 2022.
