Turkiye: Extension of antidumping duty on imports of textile fabrics impregnated, coated, covered or laminated with polyurethane/ leather substitutes from China

In January 2010, the government of Turkiye initiated an antidumping investigation. In October 2010, a definitive duty was imposed. In October 2015, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in November 2016. In March 2021, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from Malaysia and Greece was initiated. In October 2021, a new sunset review was initiated. In June 2022, the definitive duty was extended to imports from Malaysia and Greece following the conclusion of an anti-circumvention investigation. In January 2023, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from Bulgaria, France and North Macedonia was initiated. The definitive duty on imports from China was extended for a new period in April 2023. In January 2024, the definitive duty was extended to imports from Bulgaria, France and North Macedonia following the conclusion of an anti-circumvention investigation.
