In August 2012, the government of India initiated a sunset review and extended the duty in October 2013. In May 2018, a sunset review was initiated. The definitive duty was terminated in April 2019. In June 2019, the Indian High Court of Gujarat rescinded the termination issued in April 2019. In October 2019, the definitive duty was terminated.
