Australia: Termination of definitive antidumping duty on imports of wind towers from China and the Republic of Korea

In August 2013, the government of Australia initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and imposed a definitive duty in April 2014. In July 2018, a sunset review was initiated. In March 2019, the definitive duty was extended on imports from China whilst the duty was terminated on imports from the Republic of Korea. In May 2023, a sunset review was initiated. In March 2024, the Australian authorities announced the termination of the definitive duty (the duty shall be terminated on 16 April 2024).
