In December 2011, the government of Brazil initiated a new anti-dumping investigation. In October 2013, a definitive duty was imposed. The duty was extended to include a larger scope of products concerning imports from China and in part from Ukraine following anti-circumvention investigation concluded in December 2014, August 2015 and January 2016. In October 2018, a sunset review was initiated.
