In July 2009, the government of Turkiye initiated a new anti-dumping investigation. In May 2010 definitive duties were imposed. In December 2013 the definitive duty was extended to imports from Chinese Taipei, Malaysia and the Republic of Korea following an anti-circumvention investigation. In March 2019, the definitive duty was extended to imports from India, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Spain following an anti-circumvention investigation. In May 2015, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended in June 2016. In June 2021, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in May 2022.
