In February 2019, the European Commission approved a EUR 447.3 million (USD 507.6 million) French scheme to support the "Provence Grand Large" demonstration wind farm project in Saint-Louis-du-Rhône. The scheme includes one financial grant, one loan and a feed-in tariff scheme for 20 years.
