In December 2008, the government of India initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and a provisional duty was imposed in June 2009. In April 2010, a definitive duty was imposed. In June 2014, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in October 2015. In August 2020, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in January 2021.
