In March 2021, the Nordic Investment Bank (NIB) signed a loan agreement with Swedish company SEEL Swedish Electric Transport Laboratory AB to finance the construction of the Swedish Electric Transport Laboratory (SEEL), comprising of three sites for vehicle battery development and electromobility testing in Sweden.
