Canada: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of certain copper tube from Brazil, China, Greece, the Republic of Korea, and Mexico

In May 2013, the Canadian authorities initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of certain copper tube from Brazil, China, Greece, the Republic of Korea, and Mexico. In August 2013, a provisional duty was imposed. In December 2013, a definitive duty was imposed. In November 2018, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in September 2019. In August 2024, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in June 2025.
