In September 2020, the Republic of Korea initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of flat-rolled stainless steel products from China, Indonesia and Chinese Taipei. In September 2021, a definitive duty was imposed. In 17 May 2024, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in May 2025.
