In April 2020, the Vietnamese authorities initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of filament yarn from China, India, Indonesia and Malaysia. In August 2021, a preliminary duty was imposed. In October 2021, a definitive duty was imposed. In November 2023, the rate of duty on imports from China was amended.
