Morocco: Termination of definitive safeguard duty on imports of wire rods and reinforcing bars

In September 2012, the government of Morocco initiated a new safeguard investigation and definitive duties were imposed in November 2013. In December 2015, the duty was extended following the conclusion of a sunset review. In August 2018, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in December 2018. In August 2021, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in January 2022. In October 2023, the definitive duty was terminated.
